Marinaded heirloom tomatoes in salt and sugar with chives and garlic and ate it over pasta with fresh mozzarella

green beans with lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic & flaky sea salt

Sunchoke and potato salad with a chive and mayo dressing (mashed some of the sunchokes up into the dressing and the rest are crispy and cubed in there)

    Tomato season is right up there, but man you really can’t beat soup and stew season either! Embracing the season keeps things interesting
