    [homemade] Tried my hand at roasted duck for the first time this Thanksgiving.

    I was put in charge of Thanksgiving dinner this year. Tried my hand at a roasted duck and was very pleased with the results!

      Why did you decide duck? I’m very curious. And also, why were you pleased? Were you surprised?

      Is duck typically dark and red like that when fully cooked? Just curious. Never had it before
