Thanksgiving plate of rotisserie turkey, candied sweet yams, stuffing, home garden mashed potatoes, drippings gravy & cranberry sauce [OC}

All homemade including the cranberry sauce. And used old family recipes everywhere, including the cast iron skillet stuffing. The brined turkey was cooked outside on the grill rotisserie w/ a dedicated ceramic IR burner. Everything came out excellent, highly recommended.
