14.5 lbs Diestel, served with all the usual suspects. Daughter didn’t tell me but she increased oven temp while cooking off an appetizer. I went to check my bird, had a minor freak out, temped it and that sucker was done an hour early. Juicy meat, crispy skin 😋.
