  1. If this is a restaurant plating, great. If its actually your Thanksgiving plate, I know you have a house that I’m not allowed to sit in

  2. Would be nice if the jus occupied the entire bottom of the plate and formed a nice circle. 

    Any maybe something so the potato didn’t look like a nipple.

    Cranberry quenelle is nice.

    Love it except the whole sage leaves. Serious question: what your guests supposed to do with those? Either way, looks delicious overall.

    Would love a little more jus to fill out the plate and make a uniform circle, and maybe some re-orientation for some added symmetry. Plate sounds absolutely delicious chef!

  5. Looks haphazard. The pedestrian veggie side dish is throwing the entire look off. Like you wore couture everything and then had pair of earrings from the dollar store.
