  1. My main takeaway from this is I should use my husband’s plate and let him take the pictures 😅

    A few of these were inspired by recent posts here and all of the meals were delicious (despite how dead the photos make them look).

    1. Loaded potato soup with onion rings.

    2. Roasted lemon salmon with Caesar salad, asparagus, and smoked cheddar Alfredo.

    3. Chicken Tikka Kebabs with basmati rice, Naan (the only thing I didn’t make from scratch this week), and leftover Aji Verde and whipped feta.

    4. Chicken Parmesan with angel hair and Caesar salad.

    5. Peruvian chicken sandwiches with whipped feta and roasted pine nuts, aji verde, red onions, and smoked Gouda on ciabatta bread.

    6. Pic of my homemade ciabatta bread, since it was my first attempt and am quite pleased with the results.
