Sometimes it can be risky to try out creative recipes from TikTok influencers, but this one turned out pretty well.
Breaded with flour, egg, and panko. Pan fried in olive oil. Mozzarella first. Then a simple, coarse sauce from Italian tomatoes. Finished with my own smoked Calabrian chili flakes. Crunchy yet moist and so flavorful. by cucinaforte Food Porn
