I’ve been eating these like crazy, they’re soooo good. But tonight I realized that 4oz of plain cooked chicken breast is around 160cal. How can the chicken plus breading and egg and oil end up with still only 160cal?

I’ve been eating like 9oz of these for dinner and am starting to think it’s too good to be true 🥲 what do y’all think??

  1. It’s because 4oz of this food product does not contain 4oz of chicken – it’s probably like 3.5oz chicken, 0.3oz breading, 0.1oz egg, 0.1oz oil. I just made up those numbers as an example, but hopefully you get the idea. Also, the chicken contains water, so that’s also going to reduce the caloric density.
