  1. The yuzu peel adds a nice citrusy flavor. You can do the same thing with lemon peel. Remove the white part of the peel – the pith – and freeze the yellow part of the peel. When you want to use it, take a portion and cut it into very thin strips.

    I cook the sausage on a nonstick pan with nothing added. Oil renders out that I then transfer into a tiny egg pan to cook the egg.
