It tastes amazing! If you want to try, you’ll need two packs of puff pastry, one onion, about 400g of chicken breast, 200g of mushrooms, a splash of cream (around 50 ml), salt, pepper, 80-100g of cheese, plus an egg and a bit of sesame for the top. Start by sautéing the chopped onion with the mushrooms and season them with salt and pepper. In another pan, cook the chicken (until it gets a nice golden crust), add the seasoning, then mix it with the onions and mushrooms. Pour in the cream and stir until the filling comes together. Then line a baking tray with parchment and roll out half of your first pastry pack. Spread the filling on top, leaving some space around the edges, and add the grated cheese. Cover everything with another sheet of pastry from the second pack, seal the edges well, and make a few cuts or a simple pattern on top if you want. Brush the pie with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake at 200°C (about 390°F) for roughly 20-30 minutes until it turns golden and crispy
