
Set these to go overnight, they were first brined and then marinated. 12 hrs in the slow cooker and sauced with the juices (cut the fat), equal parts PC Gourmet Chicken & Rib Sauce and Bachans Japanese BBQ Sauce, and a tablespoon each of hot sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch to tighten it up.
