Went a little crazy last weekend at the cheese shoppe open house and spent quite a bit on several different cheeses. Old Witch is a favorite of mine and happy it was back in season although I paid about $5 more per pound this year than last year. Red Witch is good but Old Witch is better IMO. I included the label for the description which is spot on.
