My first time making a home made cheese sauce for a loaded mushroom baked potato!

My wife said it's her favorite thing 😂. We do love cheese. This is a sharp cheddar and gruyer sauce. I took this subs advice and will be doing an unexpected cheddar and double cream gouda Mac and cheese for Thanksgiving.
