
One of my relatives does a "cheese tasting" every year for thanksgiving, so I decided to do my own for a kind of friends giving this year! I tried to go for a wide variety so we could feel a little bougie with it. I got Rattlesnake w/ tequila and habanero, blueberry Stilton, sharp cheddar, Red Dragon w/mustard seed and ale, aged Gouda, and manchego. I also got a couple kinds of wafers/crackers, some fruit spreads, and almonds. Is there anything else I should grab before we crack these bad boys open?
