  1. Was starving and not much in the fridge. Instead of ordering out, threw some things together.

    Fried a couple of slices of bacon, removed from pan
    Lowered heat, added minced garlic
    Added chicken stock (a couple of cups)
    Added tomato paste
    Added pasta
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Dried basil
    Simmered and stirred until pasta was cooked
    Threw in some arugula microgreens
    Added cream cheese mixed with grated parm
    Stirred
    Served topped with more arugula microgreens

    Not gourmet but it did the trick for a quick dinner. Took about 20 mins.
