    Omg the Kringles are so good. Luckily for me they have only have had flavors I don’t like at my Trader Joe’s lately. Once they get the cinnamon one, I’m going to be in trouble, though.

  2. I’m my worst enemy cause I buy the groceries. But I’ve been way better at moderation and self discipline. I still eat the goodies but only a couple and I track it.

  3. I feel you, I just got myself (quietly) back on track this week and my husband decides he wants to go out to eat last night, which we never do 😂

    Lol. It’s hard enough with just me, and I say ‘no’ in the store because it’s easier to say no once than 15 times a day when I see it at home. I guess you get to practice advanced food recognizance skills.

    It is hard, but a lot of these things count on FOMO. It will come around next year. Maybe pick one to try. The rest can wait.

    I like to convert junk food into how many minutes of running it is. It’s almost never worth it.

  8. 🤮 So much sugar. I remember used to being really into sweets, but now I can’t really stomch more than a bite or two. Especially with American treats, it’s not even flavor anymore its just sugar, sugar, and more sugar. I’m not judging, I actually kind of miss being able to enjoy the holiday treat menagerie. Most I can handle now are tea biscuits or digestives with my morning cup.

    When I was trying to resist tempations though I would juat meticulously account for anything I had. So, I never told myself I couldn’t have them. I just made sure I write down and logged them into my daily calorie journal to keep myself accountable. Then I didnt feel deprived, still got to have my treat, and didnt have guilt for lack of accountability. It really made me savor my afternoon tea cookie like a ritual.

  9. Everytime i go to trader joes my weightloss stalls for like a month lol. Its a walk not a sprint okay!! Lmao

    I’d be tempted to just eat all the junk then eat like lettuce or celery for in between to keep my calories down ngl
