
Asparagus was sautéed in butter.
Wrapped in rice paper individually, then as a roll. Squeezed using clingfilm and chilled.
Carrot gently sautéed in butter and chickpeas added and processed. I added a little turmeric and a touch of actual humus.
Then pressed in a burger press.
The green is sushi seaweed which I bought.
Tried cold and hot.
Worked well with a dressed of balsamic glaze, sesame oil or soy sauce.
I'm really happy with how this turned out.
