Results were mixed. I think I used too much liquid but not sure. Tasted fine, just a bit bland and the meat was tough even after 7 hours in the crockpot.
A couple of points or questions: 1. why is everything separate (meat, potatoes) in the after picture. That’s weird. 2. The roast should be falling apart and have an almost stringy appearance. 3. Where is the liquid!? You dip bread in the liquid or mix it with rice and it’s delicious. I think you need to give it another try. Look up a recipe and follow it. You’re certainly capable.
