  1. Reverse seared the steak- used the air fryer on keep warm/dehydrator setting at 150F to bring it up to temp and dry out the exterior, took about an hour.

    Veggies are just small red/yellow bell peppers + onions tossed in the pan after the steak was taken out.

    Potato was microwaved for 2 mins to cook, then smashed with a plate/something heavy, seasoned with everything bagel seasoning + oil, then into the air fryer at 400F for like 8-9 mins

    After resting, the steak was at the temp shown. I like flat irons right at the 135-145 range so it was perfect!
