Finally a professional (yes you are) of the yorkies! Wierd suggestion: take a dinner plate and put a mound good mashed in the middle. Put an indent slightly larger then the bottom half of one of those yorkies. Cut a hole in just the top of the yorkie. Press down in the indent and pack mashed around it. Finally with a dark delicious brown gravy, melt a large pat of unsalted butter into it and stir. Finally fill the yorkie with the gravy to the top. Take to table with fork and warn all to stay away. Glass of ice cold whole milk optional. Do you dig man!!??!!
