[Homemade] Asian chicken salad. I love salads and I used to sell them in my neighborhood. This was a fan favorite with teriyaki grilled chicken, mixed greens, almonds, mandarins, edamame, wonton strips, green onion, and sesame seeds with a homemade pineapple Asian vinaigrette.
The dressing is made with pineapple juice, teriyaki dressing, rice wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, sesame seeds, sesame oil and avocado oil.
