  2. When I lived in SATX, I used to go to Los Norteños Pollo Asados in east side, and they made chicken like this. It was absolutely delicious. They got shut down due to the smoke being so thick that people couldn’t see well when they drove down the street nearby. I haven’t lived in San Antonio for over 10 years, but it looks like they’re still in business.

  4. I make fun of Texas a lot –God knows how hard and how often– but I will *never* talk smack about their grilling.
