  2. The shrimp were pan fried in the shell to keep them tender & juicy. I was finally able to get some large shrimp on sale, these are 16-20 per pound. Simple & tasty stuff. Made with fresh minced garlic, butter & sea salt.

  3. I would normally de-shell prawns before cooking them. Do you have to take them off before eating (seems like that’s where most of the butter will be?) or are you just crunching through them?!
