My first attempt 🥹 Delicious but already have ideas to make it better! What cut of steak is everyone else using for theirs?

  2. i know this is exactly how it’s supposed to be and op prepared it amazingly but i cannot comprehend why anyone would eat that 😭

  3. Hell of a spread. I’d take this over 99% of what I see on this sub. I think the chop on the tartare is a bit coarser than usual but if it’s a tender cut it’s probably quite nice, and especially for your first try, looks amazing.
