Brown Italian sausage meat in a skillet or sauté pan; start boiling your pasta; add broccoli rabe to the sausage; grate in some Parmesan and a glug of pasta water; toss to combine; lightly drain pasta and add; toss to combine; squeeze of lemon juice; toss to combine; serve and garnish with chili flakes, more Parmesan, and a drizzle of good oil.

  2. Edit: this actually isn’t orecchiette! I forgot. I didn’t have any in the cupboard so I used messicani. It’s similar but it’s not orecchiette.
