    It still looks pretty damn good, some people just want that blackened crust. Could the crust be improved, honestly, a little bit but I wouldn’t hesitate to eat your steak op

  4. Ignoring all the other comments here, let’s ask the real question. Did you enjoy eating it? Because in the end that’s the only important part.

  5. This steak looks great.

    Could the crust be better? Yes. However, the thickness of this steak makes it challenging to have a good crust while also keeping the inside rare/medium-rare. Thinner steaks will start to overcook faster.
