    Amen; this is the lesson to be learned by anyone wanting to lose weight and improve overall health. There is a time and place for convenience foods, but we do ourselves a disservice when they dominate our diet.

  3. I wish I could eat fish, I’m so jealous because so delicious!
    But, I also want to stay alive (deathly allergic to fish). Eat some more in my honor please
