    Creamy turkey soup, like a looser pot pie filling. No peas sadly, but frozen grilled corn, carrots, previously caramelized onions, gold potatoes. Used the turkey stock I made with trimmings, roux, milk. Served over egg noodles one day and rice the next. Toddler approved!

    Turkey tinga. Roasted onions, dried chilies (Colorado, guajillo, pasilla), turkey stock, a few toasted spices too. Very good, freezing for later.

    Turkey salad, chunky style. I am a recent convert for the salad filled with things. Grapes, picked onions, spring onions, apples, Greek yogurt and mayo. Missing the toasted slivered almonds tho.

    The days after thanksgiving is a good time to stock up on turkey, but I’m preaching to the choir here of course.
