Pizza night! This week’s special had mozzarella and Scamorza, grated Pecorino Romano, homemade meat sauce (with ground beef, chunks of tomatoes, and mushrooms), sweet onions sautéed in butter, and bacon crumbles, added the last couple of minutes. Out of the oven it was finished with a balsamic swirl.
