I made onion gravy last night to go with dinner, and had some leftover. Rather than freeze it to never see the light of day again, or throw it out, I let it down with some water and made soup. I won't call it French onion because I don't want to cause an incident 🤣

Cheese on toast was a tiger roll going stale so sliced into 3, topped with wholegrain mustard, cheese and Worcestershire sauce then baked in the oven.

Turning gravy into a soup base is absolutely brilliant. I’m calling it ‘Accidental French Onion.’ 🤣💯
