This is so good and was pretty easy, but with more active prep/cook time than my usual weekday dinners.

Salmon:
Rubbed with olive oil, tops covered with Edmond Fallot Provençal Dijon Mustard (basically mustard with bell pepper, garlic, and spices added to it I think), and McCormick Grillmates Herbs and garlic and Chipotle Garlic seasonings.

Baked at 400f for 25 minutes (at their thickest fillets were about 2 inches thick).

Pasta:
Some whole wheat rotini boiled per instructions with 1.5 tbsp salt.
Trader Joe’s Cacio E Pepe sauce (could use Alfredo too tbh).

At the end:
Chopped up some steamed broccoli, mashed the salmon lightly with a fork to flake, topped with chili crisp and fresh basil. Then mixed it all up together at the end!
