A bit of a mashup. I made a dish last night which involved simmering pork belly and aromats in chicken stock for two hours. I kept the leftover broth and made it into ramen today. I made a soy and miso tare, topped it with chicken thigh, marinated egg, enoki, pak choi, and spring onion.
