Are you in Germany? Lol. That’s literally the only place where I always get crispy duck at Asian restaurants! Everyone makes it a bit different, it could be oyster sauce, plum, hoisin, or a combination of everything with various spices. Enjoy your meal, I’m jealous right now! Lol.
