I’ve made this before but this time I tweaked it to have two white onions rather than shallots, added in spinach with the sauce as well as added red pepper flakes to give a little heat. Taken before I popped it into the oven at 375 for 15 for some crisp. Overall a pretty good meal, I think when I do this again I’m going to leave the mozzarella as a personal bowl garnish as it makes it very messy.
