



i’ve always wanted a dutch oven so i thought i’d start off with a lodge instead of splurging on a le creuset without knowing if i’d like using it lol. i’m really happy with it though!
for people that own a dutch oven, what do you like to make in yours?

One pot chicken with green beans and potatoes
Next time you make a stew like this I would recommend browning the meat in batches. You will get better color/flavor. When you add too much at once the pan temp drops too much, and as the meat releases its juices you will steam/stew the meat more than browning it.
