  1. The plating is a little unusual with the cabbage salad not on a separate dish, especially for curry katsu where you wouldn’t want the curry and sesame dressing interacting. 

    It looks tasty. The curry has a lot of veggie and meat bits poking up, something that’s not always the case with curry katsu where a shop might give you more roux.
