🧂 Ingredients
• 250 g of spaghetti (can be gluten-free if you prefer)
• 300 g of prawns or prawns, peeled and cleaned
• 3–4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• ½ chilli or a pinch of chili flakes (optional, for a spicy touch)
• ½ glass (100 ml) of white wine
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• (Optional) a little butter to give it more creaminess
