both were firsts for me lol so any tips or criticism is welcome.
i do know my piping needs work on the cake, it was for my mom’s birthday and it’s her favorite type of cake so i really wanted to try to make one for her.
i have never made salmon before but it turned out much better than any i’ve gotten from a restaurant which surprised me because it was really easy! accidentally forgot about the potatoes and broccoli though so they got roasted a little too much 🙁 for people who cook salmon regularly, do you usually pan fry it or bake it in the oven? which do you prefer?

I usually pan fry, then baste with butter after the flip. This all looks delicious!
That cake looks truly decadent! If that were sitting in front of me I would be tempted to eat more than I should! 😳🥴
