  1. 农家炒肉, nong jia chao rou, farmhouse stir-fried pork with green peppers.
    So easy to make and so freaking delicious! Especially after a 12km run, haha.

    A nice half ‘n half mix of mild and spicy turkish peppers, crispy and flavorful pork belly, black beans for the umami-vibe. The base flavour as always is the holy trinity of ginger, garlic, spring onions.

    Time to dig in!
