Recipe:
Chopped pepper, zucchini, onion. Tore chorizo into small pieces. Mixed everything with frozen gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Distributed evenly on the sheet pan and baked in 230C for 12 minutes then stirred it. Baked longer until everything was cooked and a little roasted. Sprinkled with feta and chopped basil. Guys, it was AMAZEBALLS, so easy and I tell myself that it’s quite healthy.
