Same!!! This weekend was really hard for me too for some reason. 🙁 but we will be okay! Tomorrow is a new day and we didn’t mess anything up! One weekend over is not a failure or setback at all! We are still doing so good! I’m proud of you! Look at how far you have come!

This is honestly impressive, don’t beat yourself up too much. I’ve had a few days over as well, but it just means to walk a few more miles, or work out a little longer.. 😊

  3. The reality is there’s going to be moments you’ll just have to accept you’re more than likely going to slip. Vacations, parties, special occasions. The biggest thing is you jump right back into things once you get the chance. Think of it this way- would sticking to your diet as strictly as you can ruin those special occasions? You should enjoy life and understand slips don’t take away your progress up to that point. Keep up the good work and just get back on track soon.

  4. If your limit is 1200 and you’re not even eating that most days it’s not surprising to end up binging. We do that when we feel restricted

It’s okay, I went over yesterday as well and cried myself to sleep (other reasons but this definitely didn’t help). Woke up to find the scale 1 kg heavier. Sigh I’m hoping it’s just water weight from the carbs and sugar I ate yesterday.

Also I found out that protein bars trigger huge cravings and binges for me so I’m gonna cut back on those as well as “treats.” My body is craving nutrients not chemicals, my mom was right all along lolz

    Time for fun with maths!

1348 “over” for the whole week = 193kcal per day”over” your *deficit.*

Your deficit is likely more than 200/day under your TDEE = you’re still in a deficit for the week.

This is why you’re still losing weight 🙂

Put a line under it and carry on.

  7. 2 days is nothing! It’s all about what you do consistently. Maybe you have some water retention, but that’ll go away in a couple days
