It’s a very brown dish, on a dark plate – I’d opt for brighter tones. It’d be nice to see the pink of the salmon flesh, and a tighter sear on your the skin on a white plate.
Some kind of green would be good. 3 pieces of potato would be better than 4. The sauce is pretty gross looking, I would opt for something thinner with brighter notes, instead of a heavy creamy thing. Something like a ponzu glaze – which even though dark would contrast with the white plate and brighter colours

Looks delicious 🤤 love the miso yuzu combination, good amount of sauce, salmon looks nicely seasoned and I personally like it more done anyway
