
Felt so rough this morning due to heavy flow day so had peanut butter with apple to get me through to lunchtime.
And THEN I had to have half a mini baguette with my already 500kcal pad thai.
That left me with 83kcal after doing a 45 min exercise bike session so opted for a bit of a veg fest (either dry or air fried) and was surprised to see it still came out at nearly 250kcal!
I'm walking a 10K tomorrow for charity but weigh in is tomorrow morning…do you think I should put weigh in off until Sunday (the following day?
