* 1 French baguette
* 16 oz fresh mozzarella
* ⅓ cup pesto
* 1 tomato sliced and then slice each slice in half
# Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette, tomato and mozzarella.
2. Spread pesto on each slice of baguette.
3. Add tomato slices on top of pesto layer. Place mozzarella on top of each tomato slice.
4. Bake 15-17 minutes or until cheese is melted on top of pizza crostini. Serve immediately or save for later.
