Pretty! Love the plate. Sorry I don’t have any constructive feedback, I’m not a pro chef. Just think it looks nice 🙂

Only issue I’m seeing is I don’t know where to start or even if I could bring myself to ruin it with a spoon. Looks great and sounds amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous. Flavors sound delicious and the toasty, caramelized colors are so cozy.

+1 on the nice plate. That said, this is an awful lot of brown and what I assume is the cremeux looks a tiny bit like, um, a turd. I’m sure this is super delicious but it’s busy and there’s just a whole lot more going on than there needs to be. It feels like two desserts plated together.
Also, I really hope those are not lantana flowers.

Looks like a great fall dessert.
I’d try it with the three elements separated a little more, they’re crowding each other a bit.

My only possible criticism is the plate. I don’t like the plate. A solid color would help make it look more spacious. You’ve definitely drawn the attention to the center of the plate, but the plate design is a little distracting.
