    Correct, insoluble fiber cannot be fully utilized by the digestive system and will basically shove a lot of this straight through your system. A lot of diet foods are just pumped full of some form of insoluble fiber to remove calories from the label.

    I wouldn’t say that calorie count is inaccurate, but I would say if you eat a lot of this bread in a day, prepare to shit your brains out lmao.

    My maths…

    Carbs…23 less 18 fibers, gets 5…times 4 cals per gram is 20.

    Proteins, 7g @ 4 cals per gram is 28

    Fat, 1g @ 9 cals per gram is 9

    20+28+9=57 cals per serving.

  3. I eat those all the time and lose weight so inaccurate or not it works 🤷🏻‍♂️
