My wife and I went to Paris for our honeymoon and this was the only dish that we found was a great experience every single time you order it, so I resolved to learn how to make it when we got back stateside. How’s it lookin’?

  1. Looks great! I would broil for another 15 seconds and get a little browning on the cheese, but I would happily do a little dance as I grabbed my spoon.

    I also made French onion soup for the first time last week. It was heavenly.
