    Recipe:

    Caramelize your onions (saute until deep golden brown). I added red wine vinegar and sugar to help the process.

    I’m a vegetarian so I used beyond beef tips, but for non-veggies… sear your cut of meat on both sides, cover with beef broth, and braise your meat until tender enough to shred.

    While cooking the beef, make a mornay sauce with swiss cheese, milk, butter and flour.

    Add the caramelized onions, beef and sauce to an oven safe dish, mix, and bake for 40 mins-1hr at 425F. I decided after it was done cooking that I wanted to put it over pasta, so feel free to mix in your pasta to bake. But… I didn’t do that lol. Still so yummy tho!
