Had this Thukpa at a Tibetan restaurant. It was spiced with garlic, ginger, black pepper → thicker and heavier than ramen, but perfect. 🤌

Ramen: stylish, curated, Instagrammable.
Thukpa: messy, underrated, actually fills your soul.

Anyone here who's had both, what's your verdict?
