A top favorite meal. The sauce is scratch-made in a skillet w/ quality EVOO, fresh minced garlic, pink Himalayan sea salt, 5 peppercorn grind, a pinch of sugar & fresh picked home garden Sun Gold & Super Sweet 100 cherry tomatoes. And the spaghetti is finishes cooking in the skillet w/ the sauce. I also added fresh back yard sweet basil & some grated Grana Padano cheese after plating.
Incredibly tasty &, easy to make. Highly recommended.

Suggestion from a former ( more than 30 years ago) sous chef…roll those basil leaves up together and slice them very thinly. It’s not as pretty, of course, but it spreads out the flavor more evenly.
